It doesn’t have to be complicated and at before we begin any process improvement strategies, we make sure that we understand each of our client’s goals and strategies; we make sure that Six Sigma is the right solution for your organization.

Yellow Belt Training and Certification

Yellow Belt Training is an introductory course; this is where we introduce your organization to the principles of Six Sigma. In this course they will learn to identify waste and activities that add no value to your organization. Typically this course if for line managers, team leaders or supervisors who can serve as experts in the process; really it is for anyone beginning the journey.

Green Belt Training and Certification

Green Belt Training is the intermediate level for Six Sigma. In it participants are introduced to the statistical side of Six Sigma with methods such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). Green Belts typically don’t lead their own Six Sigma projects and while familiar with the methodology, usually are involved in improvement projects as an additional duty. We use this class to teach participants how to identify root cause and master necessary project management skills.

Black Belt Training and Certification

This is an advanced class for full-time Six Sigma professionals; a Black Belt deals with Six Sigma on an expert level. This course deals extensively with the statistics of Six Sigma, how to choose a project, running Six Sigma projects, managing teams and selecting process improvement techniques. The training will also prepare the black belt for the evaluation of improvement projects. The Black Belt will also oversee the improvement project team and this class focuses on the managerial aspects of building and maintaining a project team.

Master Black Belt Training and Certification

The Master Black Belts traditionally train Black Belts and have a complete and total understanding of 6Sigma methodology. This class teaches participants how to really steer an organization’s 6Sigma efforts and analyze the results. In addition to an in-depth review of the statistical side, participants engage in strategies for change resistance, team management and project management.
